It’s a girl – and a boy! Two Red Panda cubs were born to mother Spark and father Basil on June 26. “We are thrilled at the birth of these new cubs,” says Kevin Murphy, General Curator. On Wednesday the young Red Pandas had their public debut.
The cubs don’t have names yet. You can submit male and female name suggestions on the Facebook page of the Philadelphia Zoo or email them.
