4-year-old Red Panda Moonlight gave birth to a cub at the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute (Virginia) on June 12. According to the zoo the mother and her offspring are doing well, and the keepers are “cautiously optimistic” that the newborn Red Panda will continue to grow.
