The Greensboro Science Center (North Carolina) recently welcomed a new resident to its exhibits: female Red Panda Madeline, who arrived from the Columbus Zoo.
Madeline’s transfer follows a recommendation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) Species Survival Plan, which promotes breeding and conservation efforts for endangered species.
