Hellabrunn Zoo welcomed a new female Red Panda in December 2025: Yoko, who was born in June 2024 at Parco Faunistico in La Torbiera, northern Italy.
Together with the male panda Justin, she is now expected to produce offspring. And the chances of this happening are not bad, according to the zoo: “Just a few hours after they were first introduced, they mated for the first time.”
